1. Service Description

AI Chatti is an AI-powered chatbot platform that provides businesses with a chat widget solution for websites. The service includes chatbot creation, management, knowledge base, and embeddable widget code.

2. License

By registering, you receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service according to your subscription plan. You may not resell, copy, or modify the service.

3. Pricing and Billing

Prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT. Billing is monthly or annually via Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.

4. Free Trial

We offer a 30-day free trial. After the trial period, the service requires a paid subscription. No credit card is required to start the trial.

5. Content and Liability

You are responsible for all content you input into your chatbot. AI Chatti is not liable for the accuracy of AI-generated responses. We recommend reviewing chatbot responses before production use.

6. Service Level

We aim for 99.9% uptime. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We will notify of planned maintenance in advance.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance.
